The successful candidate will lead our Food and Beverage team at Oaks Broome Hotel and Oaks Cable Beach Resort on a full-time basis.
- Manage daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Oversee the presentation, operation, and profitability of the restaurant and bar.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of food and beverage features to promote to clients.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve high-performing team results.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and marketing department to develop marketing materials and promotions.
- Roster staff according to department needs.
- Create budgets and monitor financial performance.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- At least three years of managerial experience in a similar position.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Proven ability to manage staff, lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Expertise in generating and implementing innovative revenue-building strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- A high level of self-motivation, confidence, and initiative.
