We are seeking a motivated leader to drive a customer-focused culture and empower our team to achieve sales targets and business KPIs. As a Concession Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
About the Role- Drive a customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships
- Empower team members through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration
- Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff
- An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously
- A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
- A genuine desire to be part of a dynamic retail environment and alignment with our values
