Technician Mazda Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Tweed Mazda in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle repairs and maintenance, diagnosing problems, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance as per repair orders and diagnose problem jobs
  • Diagnose vehicles to a high standard, reporting findings correctly with use of Triage program for visibility to the customer and warranty compliance
  • Participate in ongoing factory and company training and opportunities for growth and progression
  • Follow repair instructions and warranty process consistently
  • Take care with use of all workshop tools and equipment and returning them to their correct place
  • Consistently have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment where team culture is the key ingredient to our collective results
  • Brand specific technical pathway on offer to further your career and future opportunities
Requirements:
  • Automotive Technician/Mechanic Certificate III
  • NSW trade licence essential
  • Exposure to dealership environment an advantage, however not essential
  • Strong communication skills and legible handwriting
  • Current manual drivers licence
  • Take pride in your work by producing high quality workmanship
