Job Description

This role is focused on delivering high-quality training solutions to enhance the skills of our team members in Adelaide, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating interactive and self-paced courseware development and amendment to meet customer requirements.

They will also be required to design virtual mission scenarios to ensure simulated training events meet operator requirements and course learning outcomes.

In addition, the candidate will oversee the administration of the Learning Management System to host courseware, assessment instruments, course enrollment and paneling for Aircrew and Maintenance Course sessions.

  • Create interactive and self-paced courseware development and amendment to meet customer requirements.
  • Design virtual mission scenarios to ensure simulated training events meet operator requirements and course learning outcomes.
  • Administer the Learning Management System to host courseware, assessment instruments, course enrollment and paneling for Aircrew and Maintenance Course sessions.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Learning Management System administration.
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116/22) or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Have experience and/or an understanding of Maritime Patrol Reconnaissance and training methodology applicable to the synthetic training environment.
