About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Quality Manager, Community Services to spearhead quality assurance, risk management, and compliance across our community aged care programs. Reporting directly to the Executive Manager, this full-time leadership role is pivotal in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of safety, care, and innovation.
Responsibilities- Lead and support quality audits and assurance initiatives.
- Identify risks and implement effective controls and improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advanced clinical support for complex matters and serious incidents.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver education and professional development.
- Oversee documentation, care protocols, and policy reviews.
