Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction to the nursing department.
  • Develop and implement policies, systems, and protocols that ensure world-class patient care.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff ensuring mandatory training and performance reviews are consistently maintained.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, audits, and compliance in line with industry standards.
  • Monitor and manage patient feedback resolving clinical complaints professionally.
  • Lead operational planning including resource allocation rostering and procurement of clinical supplies.
