About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences through tailored solutions that meet each customer's unique banking needs.

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with your colleagues to create real customer value, drive engagement and advocacy, and contribute to bank programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless branch experiences by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
