We are seeking a skilled Backend R&D Engineer to join our team.
This role involves tackling the challenges of large-scale global network transmission and leveraging expertise in programming, algorithms, data analysis, and large-scale system design.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies for live streaming and real-time communication infrastructure.
- Lead R&D efforts on media network cost breakdown, attribution, and forecasting.
- Enhance global coverage and transmission quality for live streaming and real-time communication, continuously improving user experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Golang, C/C++, Python, Java, or Shell.
- Familiar with TCP/IP networking protocols and common infrastructure technologies like MySQL, Redis, and message queues.
- Strong skills in system issue diagnosis and resolution.
