Job Description

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs. Your duties will include case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

You will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your day, with the support of a strong team and global corporate infrastructure. This role offers endless opportunities for growth and development, making it an ideal choice for new graduates and experienced professionals alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA;
  • Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded;
  • Fabulous communication skills, compassion, kindness, and empathy;
  • Well-developed time management skills;
  • A current SA Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
