We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate Registered Nurse to join our team at Warrigal. As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver care according to the residents' assessed care needs and care plan, adhering to Warrigal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Administer medication in line with policy and procedure.
- Provide wound care according to resident care plans.
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate commitment to quality care for older people that is aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor of Nursing program with aimed completion by December 2024.
- AHPRA registration upon graduation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for Aged Care, with empathy and commitment to the care of older people.
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
