Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintaining electronic court files and case management systems is crucial for efficient operations.
  • Attending judicial mediations requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Legal research involves analyzing complex information and providing accurate results.
  • Managing the Judicial Registrar's diary demands organization and time management skills.
  • Clerking in court (including virtually) necessitates attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Liaising with judicial officers, practitioners, court staff, and members of the public requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
