Senior Programs Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Programs Officer to join our team at the Department of Corrective Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing offender rehabilitation programs both in custody and within the community.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate group programs and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful reintegration of offenders into society.
- Design and implement rehabilitation strategies that foster positive change and successful reintegration.
- Work closely with our team to develop and deliver programs that meet the needs of offenders and the community.
- Relevant degree in psychology or social work.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in offender rehabilitation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and develop effective relationships.
