Plastic Extrusion Maintenance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Plastic Extrusion Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing plastic extrusion lines, as well as re-programming machines and robots.

  • Maintain and repair plastic extrusion lines
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience with Fanuc Robots and a strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

  • Experience with PLCs, drives and industrial controls is desired
  • Two years of technical school training in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, Automated Systems or other similar skilled trades is desired
Physical Demands:

The successful candidate will need to be able to stand for extended periods, maneuver and bend under or around equipment, and lift and move objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
