Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-driven Planning Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining proactive communication with clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SAP and Ariba processes including purchase/sales orders, stock reporting, and procurement activities to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Collaborate with planning teams to ensure operational goals are met through effective support and coordination.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to enable safe, efficient, and transparent work execution.
  • Support monthly reporting and data submissions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and oversee permit applications across relevant authorities to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain planning registers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
