Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-driven Contract Coordinator to support project delivery across commercial and hospitality projects. Our ideal candidate has experience as a CA in commercial construction or fit-out, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure and manage subcontractor relationships, scope reviews, and tender packages
  • Administer contracts and track variations, extensions of time, and progress claims
  • Support Project Managers with program tracking and cost control
  • Maintain compliance, documentation, and reporting standards
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience as a CA in commercial construction or fit-out
  • Proficient using Procore software
  • Understanding of construction contracts and principles
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or related field
