Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator II R4 to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating equipment and affiliated processes, ensuring compliance with legal and company rules. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raw Material Preparation and Packaging
    • Review labels on raw materials to ensure correct weight, type, and lot/batch number before charging raw materials in mixers.
    • Carry out operation process following up all production parameters.
  • Operating Mixers
    • Verify and load raw materials in line with process instructions and procedures.
    • Take samples, unload, and pack.
    • Document process figures and results (traceability and legal requirements).
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure initial testing and release of products is completed.
    • Ensure there are no deviations to specifications.
    • Ensure the perfect visual appearance of finished products meets standard levels.
  • Packaging and Quality Control
    • Packaging final products according to instructions.
    • Ensure final products meet standard quality levels.
    • Zero mistakes in finished products.
  • Maintenance and Training
    • Maintain machinery and work areas in a clean and proper condition.
    • Responsible for own training documentation.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Implementation and compliance with all legal and company EHS policy and procedures.
    • Reporting any deviation from safety instructions to ensure a secure working environment.

About You

  • Experience as a Production Operator would be an advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand work orders, production process, safety regulations, and quality procedures and instructions.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Forklift license is required.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
