Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Machinery Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating large Dozers and Haul Trucks, as well as other heavy machinery in a mining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Operation: Operate large Dozers and Haul Trucks safely and efficiently
  • Maintenance: Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production targets
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in a mining environment
  • Qualifications: Relevant RII competencies or signed off within the last 5 years
  • Licenses: Current Standard 11 & drivers' licence
  • Safety Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to safety and a flexible attitude
