Our strategy consulting team is seeking a talented professional to join us as a Business Analyst or Associate. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or corporate finance who can partner with senior executives to tackle complex strategic challenges and shape their organisation's future direction.

About the Opportunity

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney or Melbourne where you will work alongside high-performing teams in a boutique-style environment backed by our global network. You will support our clients to solve their most pressing challenges and contribute to projects that shape corporate direction, resolve commercial issues, and create lasting value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior executives across leading companies and government to tackle their most critical strategic questions and shape their organisation's future direction
  • Work in small, high-involvement teams with direct Partner exposure, contributing to problem definition and owning important workstreams
  • Use fact-based, data-driven analysis to extract insights, then synthesise them into clear, actionable recommendations
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or corporate finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior audiences
