Job Title: Portfolio Director

Ensure the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, focusing on meeting timelines and achieving high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing seamless execution.
  • Lead project teams, collaborate with clients, and facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, as well as forecasts to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Maintain close oversight of construction progress and promptly address any emerging issues.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing commercial construction projects, particularly those valued between $2M–$20M.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead project teams and foster strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and proficient use of project management tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
