Job DescriptionThis role involves providing critical operational support to employees, executives, and stakeholders by ensuring seamless functioning of fast-paced human resources, administration, IT systems, and centralised business operations. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading HR operations, overseeing administrative functions such as travel and procurement, managing IT systems and cybersecurity, and preparing executive reports.
You will also be expected to uphold governance standards, foster collaboration, and stakeholder engagement to drive organisational success. With responsibility for a small team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's processes and contributing to its growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HR operations and oversee administrative functions.
- Manage IT systems and cybersecurity.
- Prepare executive reports and provide critical operational support.
- Uphold governance standards and foster collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A qualification in Business, HR, Administration, ICT, or a related field (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree).
- Strong experience in HR administration, IT coordination, and operational management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
This role offers a competitive salary of around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
