Our business is a leading manufacturer of healthy food products, utilizing innovative production methods and In-Line UHT processing techniques.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete production records and documentation.
- Perform quality checks to ensure our high standards are met.
- Batch and prepare ingredients according to recipe specifications.
- Set up production equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
- Participate in manual handling and lifting tasks.
- Pack products into cartons for distribution.
- Assist with warehouse duties as required.
- Adhere to strict food safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace through regular cleaning of the production area and equipment.
The Ideal Applicant:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and well-being.
- Capacity to learn and follow site-specific procedures.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or industrial kitchen settings preferred.
- Reliable and flexible work ethic.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills essential.
- Access to reliable transportation for commuting to work.
- Pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
