Ancillary Integrity Specialist

Our mission is to enhance the integrity of ancillary services and foster a culture of transparency.

We are seeking an Ancillary Integrity Specialist to join our team in this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent, detect, and recover inaccurate ancillary claims.
  • Conduct thorough audits on members' records and ancillary providers to ensure compliance with industry rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize activities and achieve annual operating plan targets.
  • Partner with data science teams to leverage data insights and drive process improvements.
  • Analyze claim trends and collaborate with data scientists to develop new business rules.
  • Work closely with the Ancillary Network team to manage planned audits on providers under the network.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or certificate in investigation and/or fraud control is desirable.
  • Previous experience in conducting end-to-end investigations is essential.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience working with data science/analytics teams and using advanced analytics concepts is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
