Your Role:

  • Attract and establish a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and quality work
  • Deliver personalized hair services and home care advice to meet each client's unique needs
  • Provide consultations, product recommendations, and rebooking services to maintain client loyalty and satisfaction
  • Support a high-performing and values-driven salon team
  • Actively promote National Marketing campaigns to drive salon results and growth


Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience in hairdressing or related field (ideal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hair and beauty, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
