Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a regular clientele by delivering exceptional hair services and providing personalized advice.
  • Conduct thorough consultations, product recommendations, and rebooking to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support a high-performing salon environment by promoting National Marketing campaigns and driving salon results.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and management to create a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience in Hairdressing (desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hair and beauty
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
