Job Title: Cybersecurity Incident Response Lead

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to lead our Incident Response team. As a key member of our security organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of 15 incident responders across Australia/New Zealand and Europe, providing 24/7 coverage.
  • Develop and implement roadmaps to improve response capabilities and automation.
  • Drive technical strategy and provide leadership in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Curious detective mindset with experience in solving ambiguous problems.
  • Proven technical and people leadership skills.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience in Security - Engineering, Operations, and/or Incident Response.
