Are you a motivated professional seeking to advance your career and certifications in building inspections? This role involves conducting thorough building inspections to ensure compliance with relevant building codes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough building inspections to verify compliance with building codes
- Provide clear feedback on whether the inspection is approved, approved with comments, or not approved
- Meet daily deadlines and complete inspections efficiently as an independent individual
- Have expertise in multiple trades including Mechanical, Plumbing, Building, and Electrical
- Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and have access to a personal vehicle
- FS 468 Standard Inspector license or Professional Engineer License or Licensed Architect
- Minimum five years of prior experience in Inspections or Construction required
- Ability to climb a ladder and possess basic computer skills
