Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to clients, ensuring optimal health outcomes through assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation, evaluation, and separation of patients/clients in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy services to clients with a range of health conditions, including musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and respiratory disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families/carers to promote optimal health outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working in a Community Transitional Aged Care Program or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
