About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Humanity Health Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in supporting older Australians to live a safe and independent life.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client activities to achieve positive outcomes
  • Providing evidence-based assessment services to clients in their homes and communities
  • Delivering therapy services individually or as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Liaising with external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
  • Preparing accurate and timely reports
Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An approved degree in Physiotherapy
  • A passion for supporting people to maximise their independence and realise their full potential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • A willingness to complete a criminal record and working with children check
  • A current and unrestricted driver's license with access to your own vehicle
