The role involves delivering support to clients in line with their NDIS plans. This includes assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as eating, dressing, bathing and grooming.
Transportation assistance will also be provided to clients. Respite care will be offered to clients and their families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress is a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing and grooming
- Provide transportation assistance to clients
- Offer respite care to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a minimum of high school or equivalent qualification and experience working with people with disability. They will also need to understand health and safety regulations and be able to work with a diverse client base.
