Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team, delivering workplace rehabilitation services to clients with a wide range of injuries and conditions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop Return to Work Programs, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and referrers to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with company standards and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and referrers to increase caseload and referrals.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Consulting.
  • Current registration with relevant professional body.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Full Australian working rights.
