Enterprise Control Assurance Manager

The Enterprise Controls Assurance Lead will oversee the organisation's controls programme, ensuring that critical operational, enterprise and strategic controls are well-designed, effectively implemented, and operating efficiently.
- Expert advice will be provided, key assurance activities will be delivered, and capability will be built across the business to support informed decision-making and a strong governance culture aligned with strategic objectives.
- Proven expertise in control design & assurance is required, including extensive experience in shaping and embedding strong control frameworks across complex organisational environments.
- Strong collaboration & advisory skills are essential, with highly capable individuals able to build partnerships across teams, governance, and compliance stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strength in controls reporting & risk analysis, producing high-impact reporting and insights that inform strategic decision-making at executive and board level.
