This involves providing expert advice, delivering key assurance activities, and building capability across the business to support informed decision-making and a strong governance culture aligned with our strategic objectives.

  • Proven Expertise in Controls Design & Assurance: Extensive experience in shaping and embedding strong control frameworks across complex organisational environments. Skilled in leading the design, implementation, and continual refinement of enterprise controls to meet both public sector requirements and industry best practices.
  • Strong Capability in Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory: Highly capable in building strong partnerships across first- and second-line teams, governance, and compliance stakeholders. Skilled at translating technical control requirements into practical, business-focused solutions.
  • Demonstrated Strength in Controls Reporting & Risk Analysis: Specialised in producing high-impact reporting and insights that inform strategic decision-making at executive and board level. Skilled in analysing the effectiveness of controls mapped to organisational risks, identifying gaps, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
