Maintenance Handy Person Job Description

At our hotel, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Handy Person to join our team. This is a full-time role that requires flexibility within your availability.

This position involves working independently and collaborating with department managers to ensure the hotel meets safety standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety: Ensuring consistent use of tools and equipment, upholding health and safety standards at all times.
  • Collaboration: Converse, socialize, and engage with other departments to determine hotel needs.
  • Regular Inspections: Regularly inspecting the hotel to ensure it meets safety standards.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Arranging routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobby, and facilities.
  • Emergency Response: Responding quickly to emergency situations.
  • Relationship Management: Managing relationships and liaising with contractors & service providers.
  • Budget Management: Maintaining budgets, expenses & activity logs.

Requirements:
