The Role
Are you ready to take your Salesforce career to the next level? This is your rare opportunity to be one of our foundational members of our brand-new Salesforce practice. As a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, growing, and leading our Salesforce capabilities. This varied role will see you at the forefront of translating complex business needs into elegant and scalable solutions as well as supporting presales engagements.

• Lead and execute end-to-end functional consulting across multiple Salesforce clouds (lead client workshops, define business requirements, produce functional specifications, workflows).
• Collaborate in presales – Work closely with sales and technical teams to craft compelling Salesforce solutions for clients and participate in scope definition, demos and solution design activities.
• Advise and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to a range of industries (with an initial focus on Energy, Utilities and Financial Services industries).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, design scalable solutions, and drive digital transformation.
• Help establish and grow our Salesforce practice, contributing to strategic planning and thought leadership.
• Leverage global expertise – you'll have the support, backing, and access to case studies from our global counterparts within Synechron, ensuring you can deliver world-class solutions to our clients.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant, delivering large-scale solutions.
• Strong presales experience, with the ability to influence and shape customer solutions.
• Deep expertise in core Salesforce functionality: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in one or more of the following Salesforce Clouds is beneficial: Energy & Utilities Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio.
• Sound commercial acumen – ability to align business goals with Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certifications across relevant clouds (or commitment to upskill as required).
• Experience working with Utilities, Financial Services, and Energy industries is preferred but not essential.
