Computer Systems Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining systems hardware and software.
They will also be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and optimization of IT systems to support the organization's operations and strategic initiatives.
- Provisioning and configuration of systems hardware and software;
- Ensuring IT systems are secure, reliable, and optimized;
- Managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure, administering cybersecurity platforms, providing Tier 2/3 support, and leading technology projects to improve system performance and resilience.
The following qualifications are required:
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in systems administration or infrastructure support, including Windows server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash);
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Microsoft 365, asset management tools (e.g. Intune, ManageEngine), and virtualisation technologies;
- Strong customer service focus with demonstrated organisational, project management, and communication skills.
