Environmental Sustainability Manager

As the Environmental Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in implementing innovative reclamation strategies, minimizing our ecological footprint, and building strong community partnerships to drive a sustainable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance management, environmental monitoring, and statutory reporting to ensure all activities meet required timeframes and regulatory obligations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a strong team of environmental professionals, inspiring them to act with innovation and achieve high performance with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate environmental risks; proactively implementing sustainable controls.
- Engage and oversee all environmental contract and contractor management ensuring alignment with all compliance requirements.
