About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our Country Health Service team in Broome on a permanent full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and coordinating resources to ensure effective delivery of clinical services.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming part of a dedicated and passionate healthcare team
  • Working with your Clinical Nurse Manager and other Case Coordinators to deliver high-quality clinical services
  • Accountable for the safe delivery of quality evidenced-based clinical practice to clients
  • Responsible for the competency and performance of clinical staff in your team
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Current Registered Nurse AHPRA registration with no notations or conditions
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and coordinating resources
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively
  • A strong focus on teamwork with the ability to work autonomously when needed
  • An understanding of care delivery requirements within a community environment
  • A valid Australian driver's license
