Job Title

As a skilled professional in our Haematology Outpatient Unit, you will be working with a dynamic team to provide high-quality patient care.

You will perform comprehensive and accurate assessments, identify and implement discharge-planning requirements, and plan appropriate care in consultation with the patient and multidisciplinary team.

  • Evaluate patient progress and revise nursing interventions where required.

The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with current Authority to practice with AHPRA, recent clinical experience in Cancer Services Nursing, and the ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity.

Chemotherapy competence and IV cannulation skills are also essential for this role. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
