Lead Cafe Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cafe manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

About You

  • You have great leadership skills and experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You are knowledgeable about coffee-making and have experience as a barista.
  • You have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Lightspeed, and Deputy.
  • You are open to learning and growth, with a willingness to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafes, including team management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Provide leadership and support to the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the cafes maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
