Professional Summary

An experienced and precision-driven aluminium welder with over 6 years of hands-on experience in high-spec fabrication environments. Specializing in TIG welding of aluminium components to exacting aerospace and defense standards.

We are looking for someone who can read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances. You should have a strong track record of contributing to mission-critical projects. If you're committed to engineering excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Highlights:

  • Extensive MIG and TIG welding experience with aluminium is required.
  • Experience welding structural and non-structural aerospace components.
  • Familiar with tight-tolerance fabrication and CNC-integrated workflows.
  • Skilled in blueprint reading, GD&T, and AS9100-compliant practices.
  • Use of workshop machinery including press brakes, guillotines, and hand tools.
  • General fabrication and assembly tasks.
  • Dedicated to safety, precision, and continuous process improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification is preferred.
  • A strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality results.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings correctly.
  • Good attitude and strong communication skills.
