About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Support Worker to join our team in the Gladstone Region. As an In Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live their best lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
  • Undertaking domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Providing support duties such as shopping, transport, and other activities that enhance our clients' quality of life
  • Working collaboratively as part of the care team to provide holistic care and support
Requirements
  • A warm and caring nature with a genuine interest in helping others
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle, current registration, and comprehensive insurance
  • Current Queensland driver's licence and First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
What We Offer
  • NFP Salary Packaging and entertainment and meals card totalling $18,550 per year

Estimated Salary

$36.55 per hour + $1.10 per km + paid travel time between clients

Approximate annual salary: $61,000 - $80,000 depending on hours worked
