Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Hearing Health Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to change lives by supporting customers with hearing loss. You will be responsible for greeting customers, inviting them to take a free hearing check, and working closely with the store team to achieve targets.

You will also be expected to drive lead generation daily, work collaboratively with the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) to schedule appointments, and complete daily operational processes.

Requirements
  • Able to physically stand for long periods of time
  • An outgoing and motivated personality
  • Previous retail experience meeting and exceeding business targets and KPIs
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Mature approach to both work and customer interaction
