This Customer Screening Officer position is an excellent opportunity for you to join our team and utilize your skills and experience to support customers with hearing loss.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis. As a Customer Screening Officer, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, working with the store team to achieve targets, supporting the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist), and completing daily operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers
  • Work with the store team to achieve targets
  • Support the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
  • Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic, and optimise profitability

Essential Criteria:

  • An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
  • Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
  • Strong listening & communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Availability to work Full Time retail hours on a rotating roster
  • Someone who is willing to travel to multiple stores in the surrounding areas if required
  • Basic computer literacy
