Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary package, including $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a laundry allowance and annual uniform allocation. Our service staff enjoy generous childcare gap fee discounts and access to our Busy Bees training platform to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Description: Educational Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and supporting a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues. Requirements and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard to ensure best practices
  • Ability to guide, mentor, and support a team of educators fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with educators, families, and external agencies
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality educational programs
  • Demonstrated capacity to reflect on practices, seek feedback, and engage in ongoing professional learning
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, colleagues, and the broader community
