Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of various projects, including road, building, and open space initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project outcomes while prioritizing safety and environmental considerations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery from implementation to closeout, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
  • Facilitate communication between design consultants, construction contractors, and other stakeholders, promoting collaboration and ensuring that all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop project programs, milestones, and plans to meet targets, and coordinate the work of team members to achieve these goals.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification(s) in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building, or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in planning, scheduling, and delivering multi-disciplinary projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong written communication skills for preparing technical reports, contract documentation, and community consultation materials, as well as excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of AS4000 contracts and administration, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
