Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead our project teams in the delivery of projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders and ensuring that time, cost, quality, safety and environmental targets are met.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent full-time position based in Picton.
  • You will be responsible for managing the delivery of one or more road, building and open space projects.
  • Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, contract management and the management of consultants and contractors.
  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and consult with stakeholders.
  • Manage design development and field delivery.
  • Forecast cash flow requirements and identify budget shortfalls.
  • Effectively communicate with project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building or construction or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in project management and contract management.
  • Ability to identify and document project programs and milestones.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
