Public Contact Officer

The APS6 Internal Review Officer role is responsible for managing reviews and complaints in a team setting.
This involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, as well as communicating review decisions to participants and their representatives.
About the RoleThis position requires significant public contact regarding complex issues, and the successful candidate will have the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include working closely with participants to understand their request for a review decision, making evidence-based review decisions according to Agency frameworks and policies, and collaborating with team members to develop specialised knowledge.
Requirements- Relevant education and experience in a similar Australian Government role
- Ability to adapt to changes in work responsibilities or environment
- Full vaccination to work in an office environment
