Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone-based support to our customers during late hours (2pm - 9pm).

About the Role

In this dynamic environment, you will work closely with our customers to understand their queries and provide prompt, accurate, and up-to-date answers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing warm and engaging interactions with customers via phone calls.
  • Contributing to the team's vision and values while adding value to every customer enquiry and interaction.
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers and resolving queries at first point.
  • Sharing information related to products, services, and transactional details with customers.
