Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical advice to clients dealing with complex taxation issues.
  • Work closely with clients and barristers to develop detailed tax technical submissions, assist with, and lead court processes and cross-border disputes.
  • Gain experience in various tasks, including preparing detailed technical submissions, understanding tax administration provisions, conducting research, and managing tax audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6-10 years' experience in tax (preferably with tax litigation/dispute resolution experience).
  • A self-starter attitude with exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements, train, delegate, and support junior members of the team.
  • Naturally curious and good at problem-solving with enthusiasm and a passion to learn.
