About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Law Firm Paralegal to join our team in a fast-paced and supportive work environment.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level support working closely with our lawyers and barristers, handling various aspects of client matters. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and expertise in personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing administrative tasks related to client files
  • Liaising with clients, medical professionals, lawyers, and barristers
  • Coordinating appointments and managing diaries
  • Obtaining supporting documentation for cases
  • Assisting with conference and mediation coordination
  • Preparing court documents and briefs
  • Drafting correspondence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar personal injury or litigation legal assistant/secretary role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Great organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • Proficiency in IT with good technical skills
